WELCOME TO A BETTER METHOD
With patents, we go beyond merely drafting and filing patent applications. By providing freedom-to-operate and patentability opinions, we assist clients in determining whether and where to file for patent protection to promote product sales, investor interest, and acquirer attention. For innovations that are best kept a secret, we provide strategies to allow our clients to avail themselves of trade secret protection.
For trademarks, we focus on supporting our clients' branding teams through global search and clearance work, workable trademark licensing agreements, and cost-effective policing and enforcement.
Method IP also guides our clients to implement copyright strategies to avoid inadvertent infringement, protect against grey market knock-offs of new product launches, and reward key creative contributors.
GLOBAL REACH
We leverage relationships with foreign associates and firms to provide robust, cost-effective intellectual property support to our clients. We currently manage our clients' IP assets in over 30 countries across the globe.
